I am a Birth Doula focused on providing support during pregnancy, birth and the immediate postpartum in the Bay Area, California.

I work with individuals and families who are navigating the birth journey. I join as an usher, illuminating pathways available and providing new tools. My goal is deep care through protection of individual preferences, and unconditional advocacy for your new family.
Birth Doula
My journey in birth work started at age 12, when I had the unique experience of catching my little sister at her birth. In my early 20s, I worked as a hospital volunteer doula at the University of Vermont Medical Center, actively confronting a healthcare gap in the community.
For the last three years, I have been working as a Certified Birth Doula to support families by 1:1 support before, during and after their births.
I have an advocacy-forward style of support, creating space and protecting individual preference while centering healthy outcomes. As a Queer person, I have a special interest in supporting Queer and alternative family systems.
Doula Morgan's work with birthing parents and support people is infused with love and patience, and it has been a pleasure to welcome her into our family during the birthing process. Above all else, Doula Morgan is unfailingly and unendingly kind. I felt completely comfortable and safe having her by my side during labor and having her in my home postpartum. This is exactly what a birthing person needs--to feel safe, secure, and empowered to share fears and ask questions throughout the prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum processes. I was apprehensive about going through the birthing process as a queer single mother, and Doula Morgan held me in care the whole time so that I felt safe, comfortable, and empowered. I hold a current Adult/Infant CPR/AED certification and am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19. I hold active liability insurance. I am in the practice of masking at hospitals, and believe in protection of my community through masking.
